我们的代理商和交易员将按照一系列明确保护交易参与方利益的原则，坚持就交易过程中的各个步骤进行仔细审核，以确保交易商品符合工业标准、客户投资得到安全保障。

提供如下两种服务方式：

1.作为中间人直接联系买家与卖家；
2. 直接为生产厂商或者销售商寻找海外的买家。

在上述贸易交易过程中.
一般来说会要求客户开设不可撤销跟单信用证用于交易过程的支付。

根据合同内容规定，卖方可能在发出支付票据之前需要提供履约保证金。

虽然交易流程会因交易商品而略有差异，但一般而言，我们会按照以下流程来达成买卖协议：

1. 买方出具购买意向合同书(Letter of Intent) 或者不可撤销的购买订单合同(Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order)。上述文件均需具备买方官方有效之公司抬头、买方负责人的确认签字以及买方公司有效公章或者合同章。与此同时，买方还应提供相应财务数据用于供应商确认其购买能力。

2. 另外，会有一些供应商要求买方提供银行资信函（BCL）。

3. 收到购买意向书（LOI）或不可撤销购买订单（ICPO）以及银行资信函（BCL）后，卖方向买方提供一份形式发票、一份销售购买协议和/或一份责任供货函（FCO）。

4.一旦买卖双方达成并签署了形式发票、责任供货函和/或合同，则交易便要遵从协议内容进行。最后，买卖双方以及交易涉及的所有中间机构将签署一份NCND（机密性和工作协议）和FPA（佣金保护协议）。

Syndicus Global and its group companies are the assigned exporter for a junior Magnetite mining project in Northern Chile. The mine is currently operating and we will ship our first shipment in January 2012. All export permits have been secured as well as a superb mineral loading terminal for supramax and capesize vessels to export.
